Total ugly skin help? Skin cream?

I have lots of zits and pimples a.k.a. acne. And i mean LOTS. I have blackheads too. I tried "Noxzema Blackhead and acne remover" but after a month, nothin' changed. Same old me. So, know ANY skin cream or wash that will help me have clear skin? I don't want facial surgery!

But if your acne really is severe, I recommend visiting a dermatologist. I know a lot of people are hesitant to do that, but I finally did when I was 17. She helped clear my skin AND set me on a ritual of cleansing and moisturizing day and night that has kept me acne free for years now. please consider it. Don't let your face become a science experiment by trying all sorts of products that may or may not work. See a dermatologist.
Reply:i use neutrogena oil free acne wash and that works pretty well
Reply:read tips on treating acne, skincare and home remedies on this site
Reply:try the clinique 3 step skin care stuff. it really works! it would all probably cost about less than $50 but its worth it and it you only have to buy them like twice a year depending on how much you use it.

i used to have those small acnes, and also big zits, but now i barely have them. i've been using it for about 5 months now. its the only thing that really worked for me.

oh, and when you wash your face with the soap, leave it on for about ten minutes. the dermatologists would probably tell you that just wash it quickly but that doesn't work for me. so you might want to leave it on a little longer.
Reply:Try Noxzema Deep Cleansing Mask with tingly citrus forumla! It works wonder on me. I just apply it once a week and within a month I can see visible results. No blackheads, acnes are gone, and skin becomes whiter. Because it has the citrus ingredients, it actually help fading off your acne scars. Try it!! highly recommended! Or if it doesn't work for you, then try The Body Shop the blue corn mask. Works the same too but maybe a bit harsh for dry/sensitive skin.
