Vitamin e cream improve skin?
Definitely, vitamin E is a perfect moisturizer. In fact, people even use it to heal scars- that proves how powerful it is and its extraordinary healing abilities..
Reply:I was eating a kabab on an iron skwer, as you do, and i burnt the side of my face. i had this long mark for ages until i started puting vitamin e cream over it everyday. eventually the mark faded and now its gone.

So if it can heal burn marks then im sure it will make your skin glow and make your complexion better.
Reply:yes yes yes it is the most amazing thing EVER! I use palmer's cocoa butter moisturiser which has vitamin e in it, and it tones the skin, makes it glow, softens it, smells so yummy and is just generally amazing. My mum used vitamin e on her stretchmarks and it smoothed them all away, and my friend who used to have really bad spots bought vitamin e capsules from the health store, then put a hole in them with a pin and smeared the oil on her face, and now there are no marks at all on her face! It is really worth investing.
Reply:Yes, it really works.
Reply:It's very true. Vitamin E works best when taken in as well. Vitamin E 400 IU, once a day. Using Vitamin E cream also works well on the outside. Apply cream on a freshly cleaned and toned face, in upward directions. You can also try skin products that contain Vitamin E. Check the ingredients to be sure.
Reply:yes..it really can improve your skin complexion, heel scar and make skin smooth..worth a try..
Reply:Vitamin E is great for the body and great for your skin. The numerous benefits of vitamin E for your skin include: antioxidant to prevent fine lines and wrinkles, sun burn treatment, treatment of some skin diseases such as psoriasis, fading of stretch marks, reducing the appearance of scars (this one is a little more controversial), and many more.
Reply:Yes, any sort of vitamin helps your skin. If you are ageing, I reccomand using creams with Q10 in them. If you just want a healthy/natural glow, them use a daily cleanser like Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, NIVEA, Swiss. What people often get break outs from is eating food containing peanut, chocolate, coco butter, greasy foods. Eat vegetables and fruits, yougurt....etc. Hope this helps.!
Reply:Yup it does it really works well
