does vitamin e cream improve the look of your face...i hear its makes your face glow and/or look healthy n have a good complexion n is very good for your skin also...is this true...and/or is there any other products that helps

Reply:I was eating a kabab on an iron skwer, as you do, and i burnt the side of my face. i had this long mark for ages until i started puting vitamin e cream over it everyday. eventually the mark faded and now its gone.





So if it can heal burn marks then im sure it will make your skin glow and make your complexion better.

I use palmer's cocoa butter moisturiser which has vitamin e in it, and it tones the skin, makes it glow, softens it, smells so yummy and is just generally amazing. My mum used vitamin e on her stretchmarks and it smoothed them all away, and my friend who used to have really bad spots bought vitamin e capsules from the health store, then put a hole in them with a pin and smeared the oil on her face, and now there are no marks at all on her face! It is really worth investing.

If you just want a healthy/natural glow, them use a daily cleanser like Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, NIVEA, Swiss. What people often get break outs from is eating food containing peanut, chocolate, coco butter, greasy foods. Eat vegetables and fruits, yougurt....etc. Hope this helps.!

Is that true that steroid cream caused skin discoloration?

I notice my butt skin color has changed to darker color as I had a problem with itchiness/ hives when last trimester pregnancy and my gynecologist gave me steroid cream repeatedly and didn't tell me that actually steroid cream only can be used a couple of time so I used it very often like 2 weeks whenever the itchiness started. I thought the discoloration was caused by pigmentation of pregnancy and will go away soon after I delivered my baby but until now about 13 months after my baby was born it's still there ..if it's true that it caused by steroid cream will it stay there forever? or is there any cream that can make my skin lighter again?

I have a really light facial complection,aswell as my chest breast..and then my arms,stomach,leg,and back are dark..and it is noticible.What good creams are there I know movate works well,but it doesn't help my skin.I know someone(s) going to say..be happy with your self ,I would be happy to know I can walk outside in a skirt,or a tshirt and feel comfortable!.

I used to use this cream on my face a few years ago. It worked great for lightening my face. The only bad thing about it was that it needs to be applied evenly or else it becomes slightly noticeable on the areas you have not applied the cream to. I used it mostly to get rid of dark spots/acne marks on my face but it ended up lightening up my whole face. Make sure to read the ingredients too because my cousin was allergic to it and once she put the cream on, it got really itchy and she had to wash it off. But good luck!

The skin under my underarms is considerably darker than the rest of mybody. I am a lighter skinned spanish/black person who burns easily in the sun. Are there any safe, affordable and effective creams to lighten the skin under my arms?

Reply:My guess is to exfoliate your underarm area with a gentle granular scrub and then apply some type of soothing product over it. Usually the skin darkens because it's been irritated. I've used Ambi, on the areas of my skin where there's hyperpigmentation and it worked quickly. A product with Alphahydroxy Acid may help also. I think that Dark Opal carries a product which contains both alphahydroxy acid and hydroquinone (the lightening ingredient in Ambi).
Reply:There is not such thing as "skin lightning" creams the only thing they do is brighten the skin and take away the tan and it probably wont work underarms but i would say scrubbing works other than that i wodnt suggest anything
