What is the best skin lightening cream for black skin? I want all over body lightening cream. Please help?

I like to lightening my skin, but most cream I have tried have not giving me an even skin colour. They either make my skin dry and itchy or leave me with blemish. The one I am using currently is working on my chest and arms but not on my back and neck, and now some part of my body is dark while some are tan(yellow).

Any suggestion is more than welcome.

Clean and clear
Reply:Why on earth would you want to lighten your skin? What's wrong with your skin colour?

No product can lighten your skin without damaging it, and no product can successfully lighten your skin uniformly. Get a grip.
Reply:Dont bleach your skin. Theres nothing like a dark, rich, beautiful skintone. I bet you are fine the way you are
Reply:Please don't you may end up like M Jackson.
Reply:Dont get tensed. U have a good site for reference. So just have a glance. For u.
Reply:Caustic soda will work nicely. Mix up a really strong batch and apply liberally to your whole body. Should take your skin right off leaving you all lovely and pink.
Reply:Cillit Bang...........remember the penny test?
Reply:As far as I've seen, skin lighteners aer not too wise of a choice to use on one's skin. They make the skin's pigment become blotchy and uneven. The skin tone becomes distorted and uneven.

If you want your skin to become lighter, try to avoid staying in the sun, otherwise use a strong and effective sunscreen. Skin becomes darker when it is out in the sun because the UV rays from the sunlight bring out melanin, a dark pigment in your skin that protects against UV rays. This is how most people get tan...so, stay out of the sun, and the prescence of that pigment will be diminished. I doubt that you will be copletely white, as you ae naturally darker toned, but you will have a lightened complexion!

I am not quite sure why you want to lighten your skin, because I bet it is beatiful. Remember that many would kill to have dark skin (as would I), and that you need to accept this part of you. Dark skin is so pretty and striking, and you can wear ANY color and ANY makeup!!! You are so lucky!
Reply:You seem to have problems with self-love. Wanting to lighten your skin to me sounds like you have a negative self image. Don't you know that black is beautiful. You should embrace your skin color and not try to change it. Your skin was probably beautiful to begin with, now it is all discolored and blotchy all over. To me that would look very unattractive. You need to quit while you are ahead and hope that your skin goes back to its natural hue. Are you from Jamaica or Africa? I hear that is a big issue in those places. Get over it, God made you that color for a reason, live with it and love it.
Reply:isnt that the same thing michael jackson does??? wow...and people who tan are just as vain too...

Reply:this always amazes me.. when people want to lighten there skin because some one or some beauty magizine said some one looks so good with that skin tone.. and then some one goes to the tanning salon or lays for hours in the sun just to get darker... i know one girl that had been going to the salon since she was 16 she is now 25 with more wrinkle than i got and i am 43.. dont damage your skin.. most of the black ladies i know have the prettest skin when they are darker and they age much better than the light skin ones do.. they have fewer wrinkles.. fewer gray hairs..i just wish us whiteys.. could age as gracefully and look as good when were in our 50's
Reply:no cream will give you an even skin tone,,as the thickness of your skin is variable across the whole of you body,,this is why your back isnt lightening to the same tone of your chest - the skin on your back is 5 times the thickness...also if their leaving your skin dry and itchy you shouldnt be using them as,,your just going to end up with patchy skin which is irrepreble
Reply:For whatever skin goal one is into, skin lightening and skin tanning are both inclined on the same goals - status symbol, health, beauty. In the present days, skin lightening and tanning aim to give solutions to skin problems for better jobs, even skin tone, or higher self esteem.

Although skin whitening is more criticized in the United States than skin tanning, fair women would still be more noticeable than bronzed whites visiting Asian countries. Whatever the skin preference is, the only difference lies in someone's cultural identity and tradition.

among all others, I recommend this single source for skin lightening products -

Reply:I read a newspaper article about how harmful those products are for your skin. I'm sorry I can't give you exact details, it was a while ago that I saw it. Just stop using them NOW before you do permanent damage! Anyway, like others have said, why change your skin colour? Love yourself for who you are. People don't say "black is beautiful" for nothing! :-)
